These terms cover the use of this website and the general basis on which IT Tech Trading provides quotations, services and products to business customers.
Use of this website

Quotations and orders
Quotations are prepared on the basis of the information supplied in an enquiry and are valid for the period stated in the quotation. Product availability, specifications, lead times, pricing and delivery are confirmed at the point of quotation and may change where supply conditions change. An order is accepted only once confirmed in writing by us.
Services
Professional services are provided according to the scope agreed in writing for each engagement. Any change to the agreed scope may affect timescales and cost and will be confirmed before the additional work is carried out.
Products, software and licensing
Products are supplied subject to the applicable manufacturer specifications and warranty terms. Software is supplied subject to the relevant licensor's terms, and the customer is responsible for holding appropriate licences for its intended use.
Delivery and export
Delivery arrangements, incoterms, shipping documentation and any applicable duties or import requirements are agreed per order. Where goods are supplied for export, the customer is responsible for compliance with the import requirements of the destination country unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Payment
Payment terms are set out in the quotation or order confirmation. Unless agreed otherwise, goods remain our property until payment has been received in full.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Subject to that, our liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the value of the goods or services supplied under it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
